See others can read disk but still show key is unknown

Hello everyone i'm new here.
I have a 4k uhd Dune Part 1, shows "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted error", and got a "MKB20_v76_DUNE_9155.tgz", but i realized someone already post the same disk years ago and seems this disk was in the database.

In the makemkv the allow internet connection is on and I also added the url to the hosts makes sure the dns address can be accessed from my pc.
There are no logs about "Downloading latest HK", only "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted error" and fail to open the disk.

Any one know how to fix the problem? TY

Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV?

If this doesn't work, can you provide your TGZ dump file instead please, either as an attachment or via a download link?
