Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MAkeMKV also writes ts TGZ dump files), and restarting MakeMKV?

If that doesn't work, could you also provide your TGZ dump file here please, either as an attachment or via a download link? This would allow The Powers That KEYDB to examine it too.

I have tried. I used the method in the UHD FAQ to see if the key was in the file and as of 5 hours ago it wasn’t. I can try again later.

I tried about 8 hours ago and it didn’t work. I looked for the key using the SHA method called out in the UHD FAQ and it wasn’t there. I can try again later. A few hours ago I tried to upload the file as you requested but I don’t think the post was approved.
