Hello,
I submit this file, because even after updating the keydb.cfg file in the MakeMKV folder.
MakeMKV still cannot decrypt the Blu-ray.

Could you also zip up the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file from your physical disk please, and attach it here? The MKB_RO.inf file inside the TGZ dump is far too small to be complete.YannArtoie wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 3:18 pmI submit this file, because even after updating the keydb.cfg file in the MakeMKV folder.

Would you also happen to have a UHD drive that isn't a Verbatim 43888 please?

Here is the zipped file.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other drives than the Verbatim 43888.
I didn't think it could be the problem, but following your last answer, I just saw on the forum that I might need to flash it, is that right?

If MakeMKV indicates that LibreDrive is "Active" or "Enabled" for your 43888 then it is working as expected and no firmware flashing is required.YannArtoie wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 9:21 pmHere is the zipped file.

The only issue with Pioneer drives like your 43888 is that they aren't as useful for the purposes of the public keydb. The keydb is a community project distinct from MakeMKV but MakeMKV can utilise it to decrypt otherwise unsupported discs.
The main consequence of this limitation is that it can take days or even weeks for MakeMKV to natively support new discs, while the public keydb usually supports new discs the same day the dump files are provided on the forum.

Re: Singin in the rain 4K Dump (FR version)
Thank you very much for your reply!
I have just checked again and LibreDrive is indeed "Enable"
So I'm going to wait patiently and update the keydb.cfg file from time to time until my Blu-ray is added.
Thank you again for your help!

So long as you have also emailed your TGZ dump file to svq@makemkv.com then this strategy will work eventuallyYannArtoie wrote: ↑Mon Mar 31, 2025 10:15 pmSo I'm going to wait patiently and update the keydb.cfg file from time to time until my Blu-ray is added.

Re: Singin in the rain 4K Dump (FR version)
Yes, I did that yesterday, but now I remember with the TGZ containing the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file that had the wrong weight.
I'm sending one back with the replaced file in it.

Re: Singin in the rain 4K Dump (FR version)
If the TGZ dump's 4-character code is odd (e.g. 57D7) then the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file inside it will only be 56 bytes long. This is obviously still OK for MakeMKV, it's just not very useful for anyone trying to add the disk to KEYDB as well.YannArtoie wrote: ↑Tue Apr 01, 2025 9:05 amYes, I did that yesterday, but now I remember with the TGZ containing the AACS/MKB_RO.inf file that had the wrong weight.![]()
