The best version of this movie would be the imax prores version but the guy who did it apparently doesn't know what he's doing and there are many glitches in it. I reported it on BHD but he never repacked or even responded. The web-dl measurement looks brighter than the BD, so the safest version is my generated RPU. Not to mention the framestor remux rpu is out of sync.deadchip12 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 09, 2025 3:36 am@RESET9999
For some movies that only have hdr10 in bluray version, when I look at your rpu folder, I see multiple rpu files; some of them are .bin, some are .xml. For example, Avengers End Game have 3 rpu files:
-Avengers.Endgame.2019.IMAX.PRORES_MASTER P5 to P8.bin
-Avengers.Endgame.2019.BD_P5 to P8.bin
-Avengers.Endgame.2019.BD_Generated OSC T3 (best version).xml
Is the best version cmv4.0 and are the other two cmv2.9? Should I always use the best version then?
And based on your grademaster check, for this film, it is not certain that injecting DV into the bluray version will work? How do I know that it's not working?
XML is the same as bin, XML just takes less space on my GD.
