I tried troubleshooting, disabling firewall, AV, adding exceptions, reinstalling Makemkv I think I’m running out of options
If your internet provider is actively blocking your connection to the server which provides keys to MakeMKV, nothing you listed will actually help address the issue. It doesn't matter if you reinstall MakeMKV or reconfigure your firewall/AV when the actual upstream connection is being blocked by the ISP.

You can either change internet provider to one which isn't so aggressive with blocking websites or use a VPN to circumvent the ISP block. Those are the two options available to you right now.

The ISP is blocking it and so are vpn locations in Sweden, I’d imaging that European countries block it, so just change it to Japan or somewhere like Africa and the keys downloaded just fine.
