Hello,
I have a windows beta version of the software with an up to date license key and it worked great for 1 and half year but since last week, the Asus BD player doesn't identify any 4K disk that I put in it.
I mean it says "no disk" even after a restart and a check of the cable to the motherboard (even if the reader is well detected in the software...)
Do you have any similar problem in this period ?
If no, do you have any other idea where should I search to find the solution in my PC ?
Thanks !
I'll try to reboot tonight again...
No recognized disc for 1 week
Re: No recognized disc for 1 week
Is it JUST Bluray disks that aren't readable, or both BD and DVD? These use different lasers, so it is possible that one failed, or is dirty. BD and 4K are pretty much the same thing, which is why I ask it that way.

Re: No recognized disc for 1 week
I don't have DVD"s anymore to test but I can confirm that my issue is with BD & 4K at the moment.
I don't know if a reinstal of the software could help ?

I think you're right unfortunately for me
So I just ordered a new BD Drive and we'll see if it solve the problem. I can send it back in case it not.
