Hopefully you also emailed the dump to svq@makemkv.com. Attaching dumps to a post in the forum usually doesn't get them to where they need to go, but emailing them does.

Does copying this file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV help?
