Gertting "cannot decrypt" error.
Amazon Japan 4k UHD disk.
I sent this to your email a few days ago, but so far no success.
Pleae advise as to when a new patch is available.

Just a heads up, they never respond to the emails, you just have to periodically retry until one day it starts working.
