I was also having issues with this disc. Here's my topic with the errors I got: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=30075

With what you got (and the authentication errors I'm getting when trying to make a backup), I'm willing to bet that a dump for this release wasn't submitted yet.

I was able to rip my copy from Amazon. Strange that you would be getting errors - I don't think it is common for there to be different discs of the same release from the same retailer. Here is how the discs mapped out for me: https://thediscdb.com/movie/the-green-m ... es/2022-4k

Weird how you got your copy to work; I tried ripping the movie file again and I still got many "Invalid Field in CDB" errors, and attempting to make a backup actually resulted in MakeMKV creating folders and such, but the program skipped over all the disc files (with errors of course) and thus made no attempt to back them up. Of note, the last attempt I made at ripping the movie file actually threw five read errors.

I don't understand why it would be doing all of this, as I threw the disc in my LG UBK90 UHD player and it seemed to work with no problems. At this point I may just buy a replacement disc but I would still like to know if anyone has any solutions before I give up.

The answer lies 6 lines from the bottom of your log.
“003303:0000 The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted”

Dump needs to be submitted or is still being processed by Mike.

Also, it’s very common and a design feature of AACS v2.x for there to be many different versions of 4k discs.

I had a feeling something like this is the reason why seemingly similar looking discs can sometimes run into problems while others work without issue.

I'm still wondering if not having a submitted dump also has anything to do with the "Invalid Field in CDB" errors, otherwise I may just try again in a week or two and see if the dump was processed.
