Okja UHD Read Error

Okja UHD Read Error

Brand new disc, can't get more than about 5GB ripped because of read errors. Wiped the disc down, no luck. Anyone else seeing this? Here's the debug log:

Returned that copy to Amazon, getting a replacement!

Getting the same errors on mine. Guess I'm also getting a replacement.
