trouble saving back to the future

Post by ProfessorOkes »

im having trouble with getting my 4k copy of back to the future to download. also having trouble with screenshotting but here are the lines at the bottom. i know how to screenshot, both of my usual methods arent working, so please dont try to tell me how to do that or that i need to post one, ive supplied all the information that a screenshot would provide down below so please only help with the problem im requesting. this is back to the future part 2 of the 4th anniversary trilogy pack in 4k uhd. the other movies work fine, i havent tried the blu ray copy but i dont care too because i paid for 4k. i also have a similar issue with jurassic park 2 but ill post that at another date.

Screen shots aren't necessary, because the information necessary can be copy/pasted as text.

Is your drive an external USB-powered drive, or an internal SATA drive?

Something is causing the drive to be "too busy" to respond to the operating system. USB drives can do this when they're spinning too fast for the available power, and both types of drive can get "too aggressive" trying to read a bad sector, also making them ignore the operating system.
