Dolby True-HD to FLAC failes

Converting my bluray with the FLAC profile always fails. The oringial audio track is Dolby True-HD 5.1, here's the debug log output:
Creating a mkv with default settings does work however, so it has something to do with the FLAC conversion..? Tried several times, always the same error message.
Any ideas?
