I had trouble finding all the right info on this forum to get exactly what I needed with less clicks so here I am posting it for the next person. All I wanted was the HD audio track with core and forced subtitles in my favorite language.

Here is what I have on the advanced tab with the default profile and it seems to be working but it would be nice if someone else can verify this. I know it will not work with every disc but it will save me a few clicks with most.

-sel:all,+sel:(favlang|nolang),-sel:(havemulti),-sel:(subtitle),+sel:(forced&(eng)),-sel:mvcvideo,=100:all,-10:favlang

You can skip the =100 cause that's the default weight assigned. And since you've already unselected everything in your first step, -sel:(subtitle) is also redundant.
