How to max compress FLAC without crashing MakeMKV?

I'm on Mac OS 10.8.2 with the latest MakeMKV, my Macbook has a quad core Intel i7 Ivy Bridge CPU and 16GB of DDR3 RAM, it's the retina macbook. I've already created a profile called Custom, but MakeMKV is crashing. here's the contents of my custom profile.
I tried adding -use-lpc 8 because I read that it'd save a little bit more space, but MakeMKV would try to start and it wouldn't even accomplish ANYTHING. (I know it won't save much, but I figure, I'm only going to compress these things once, if they're lossless, why the fuck not?)
IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY PROFILE? IT DOESN'T SEEM TO SAVE ANY SPACE, AND A FEW TIMES IT ACTUALLY TOOK UP GB'S MORE SPACE.

You have to use lpc 4 not 8, also removed the broken conversion profile so nobody gets confused and uses the wrong one or anything.
