subtitles not in main title

I'm trying to rip a dvd with subtitles in individual chapters but not in the main title, see attachment. I want the main title only but with subs. Is there any way to do this without ripping every chapter and then joining them?

If the CHAPTERS have subtitles, the collected chapters should have them, too. But, it is possible to have them disabled in some play lists. I've seen this with Bluray, where the raw TS files have all audio and subtitles, but there isn't a play list that enables more than one language.
