Yes really! It says specifically don't contain the hash key for uhd, so I take it as just that.
To put it an a specific folder?

It doesn't explicitly say it, but the .bin should be dropped in the MakeMKV data directory, which by default, is (in Windows, unless changed by user):

%UserProfile%\.MakeMKV

Unless somehow blocked, or disabled, all this SHOULD all happen automagically.
