Here is what I am using now for the default profile. I am getting DTS-HD now, but what do I need to change or add to get all the different audio channels such as DTS, DD Stereo.

-sel:all,+sel:(eng|nolang),-sel:core,-sel:havelossless,-sel:mvcvideo,=100:all,-10:favlang

I really don't know if this is a "good" setting or not, but... It defaults to picking up all audio and subtitle tracks for me. It's part of a custom profile:

    />

I don't use a favorite language, so that really doesn't do anything in my configuration.
