REQ: Add option to auto-create output folder

Would be nice to have an advanced option checkbox that when ticked would automatically create an output folder if it does not exist. Also, how about being able to open a movie dir without having to dive down into Bdmv subdir to find the bdmv.info? Thx.

I'd definitely like to see auto-creation of output directories. That would be really useful.
