Segment map list truncated after 75 elements

I have a copy of the three disc Blade Runner 30th anniversary collectors edition. On the third disc with special features, 00581.mpls has a lot of entries in the segment map (Segment count: 108). It looks like makemkvcon stops listing them after 75 and instead adds an ellipsis. I see the same behaviour in the GUI.

I can maybe understand truncating the list for the GUI, but I have a script that parses the output of makemkvcon -r to select titles based on the full segment map list. Is there a way to get makemkvcon to not truncate long segment maps?
