Conversion Profile AC3-Multichannel possible?

I'm trying to add multichannel (5.1) ac3 conversion to my MAKEMKV. I don't know much about the xml stuff but I have scanned over it a bit. My brain honestly can't handle it too well tbh, and I was hoping someone would just tell me how to add the option in my drop down menu in MAKEMKV.

It's obviously possible to add, I just don't know the ins and outs. Basically pretty much - doesn't matter what format it's in on my UHD / BLURAY/ or DVD disc. I want it to come out to multichannel ac3 for my tv playback.

Please help, someone who knows more than me
