My MakeMKV (1.9.7 x64) doesn't have an Expert mode on the Profiles tab. I want to create a profile that selects ALL of the audio tracks while at the same time selecting NONE of the subtitle tracks.
I'm sort of a newbie at this. I have a Blu-Ray that has 34 titles (Beatles 1+) and going through each title and selecting all audio tracks (4 per title) and subtitles (a zillion per title) is a pain.
Profiles Expert Mode
Re: Profiles Expert Mode
In Preferences, General tab, make sure that "Expert mode" is checked, and apply the change. Next time you go into preferences, you should now have an Advanced tab.
On the advanced tab, you can change the default selection rule, without having to get into "profiles"... except that a profile will generally have its own selection rule, which will override the default.
Question: is there a reason you do not want ANY subtitle tracks? They are not a significant amount of space in most titles. Is it because your player software insists on displaying a subtitle, even when it should not?
