Removed Cells

I tried to rip Have Gun Will Travel - Season 6 Volume 1 - Discs 1 & 2. I didn't notice it when I first ripped the discs, but the only thing that ripped were the opening credits for each episode. I put the discs back in and noticed that a number of cells were being removed from all the episode titles. I opened the discs manually and they ripped without a problem.

What would cause this? Also, is there a way to prevent MakeMKV from removing cells in the future?

As a note, it didn't do this to any of the other 33 discs in the boxset.

There are different DVD Opening Modes you could try.

Thank you. I am using the "Auto" setting. I managed to get it to work by opening the disc manually, but I'll try the other settings if I encounter this again.
