Hi,
I am playing around with the default selection rules and some things are not possible to filter (I think).
I'm not able to create rules to... :
... unselect non-MVC video tracks when a MVC track is available
... select an audio track if it's the only one, no matter what language or channels (very helpfull for bonus material)
... unselect the first (mostly english) audio track if there is an audio track in the favorite or another specified language
The tokens could be named like this:
"havemvc"
"istheonlyone" (maybe also usefull for subtitles)
"havefavaudio"
The default selection rules will never be perfect, you always have to check all the tracks afterwards but I think it would help.
Feature request: additional tokens for default selection rules
Re: Feature request: additional tokens for default selection rules
Why would you do that? You need the Normal video track and the MVC track for being able to have a 3D file afterwards. Both parts have different angles of the video for the 3D effect to work. If you just rip one, then you don't have 3D anymore. MakeMKV muxes them both into the MKV file.
