Manual DVD Mode

I've used Manual Mode successfully in the past. I'm unsure how to enter manual model in the current version 1.17.8

What am I missing? How do I get to the old manual screen where I can manually select titles, chapters, cells? I can't seem to find a way to enter 'manual mode'.

Make sure 'Expert mode' is checked on the 'General' preferences tab. 'Manual mode' should then be available.
