FLAC Conversion Profile & keep original Track

Is it possible to have conversion profiles set but also keep for example the DTS-HD track on the final MKV?

If you're in Expert mode, you can expand a title in the left hand window to see what tracks exist in that title. You SHOULD see tracks that can be converted to FLAC also listing a second track, which may or may not be selected. It won't be the original track under the FLAC profile, though.

The FLAC profile would need to be modified to include a "copy" type conversion for DTS and DTS-HD. It can be done, but I can't give you exact details since I do not use FLAC.
