Example disc1 have 4 episodes.each have a double with cast
members talking about the show. Is there a way to identify the
4 episodes without ripping all 8 and going through them manually
to find the correct episode ?

99 % of the time the first four is the real deal

You will probably find that there are only 4 physical files, but there is a play list for each that mark the commentary audio as primary.
