Without ANY issues?
Is that a joke?
It depends on what you call an issue...
1. damaged/dirty discs
2. Java titles
3. Badly/oddly authored discs
4. Confusingly authored discs
5. Deliberately obscurely authored discs
Or are you just asking about Copy Protection issues?
From my point of view I'd think there's very few discs with no "issues". That would be why I post process everything.

The BD evolves with each release. The industry is constantly revoking access keys for drives and software. Ripping a disk is considered illegal by one side (content providers) and a necessary way of dealing with a fragile media (our side). "No issues" doesn't exist in this world for more than a few days.

If you're just talking in very general terms - as in ripping video, audio and subtitle files from a BD - it's probably a very reliable tool. I have processed about 40 BDs this year and did not have any issues with any of them that were caused by the program itself. I did run into trouble because of an AACS key and then again during the transition to Windows 10, but none of those were purely MakeMKV's fault.
But why don't you try the tool for a month or two before you make a decision?
