I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this. If not, I do apologize.

I have wiped my computer, therefore the activation code for MakeMKV was also wiped. I seem to have also misplaced my email with the code in it, when I bought it.

What is the procedure for recovering the code?

Send an email to support@makemkv.com and explain the situation. Mike has records on all of that stuff, but he doesn't handle any of it here on the board.

As for the email itself, it would likely have been from avangate.com, rather than makemkv.com, if that helps.

Just found my registration email - after months of searching, of course - it came from PayPro Global, if that's any use to anyone.
