Hi I love the software as it allows me to do full backups of blurays on linux (something no other software does). There is one feature, however, which is missing compared to comparable software (i.e. anydvd and dvdfab) - the ability to remove region coding from blurays so they can be played as region free (i realise that remuxing into mkv removes the region codes but I mean with a full bluray backup). Would this be something that would be possible to implement? I think that many people would appreciate it.

The problem is backup is supposed to do nothing but backup the disc, MakeMKV is supposed to make MKVs, given their limited resources extending the feature set too far will make the program unwieldy so they need to approach these kind of things with caution.
