No audio in main item

When ripping a DVD I obtained all previews in acceptable state, but the main item had its audio unselected. Consequently, on playback there was no audio:

MakeMKV v1.9.3 win(x64-release) started
Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as C:\Users\User/MakeMKV_log.txt
Using direct disc access mode
Title #2 was added (1 cell(s), 0:02:29)
Title #3 was added (1 cell(s), 0:02:17)
Title #4 was added (1 cell(s), 0:02:23)
Title #5 was added (23 cell(s), 1:45:13)
Title #6 was added (1 cell(s), 0:02:13)
DEBUG: Code 233 at fguDvvR6Ctl7sqZLC1xEBopx:0
Operation successfully completed
Saving 5 titles into directory G:/OPERA/MOZART/LE NOZZE DI FIGARO
5 titles saved
Saving 1 titles into directory G:/OPERA/MOZART/LE NOZZE DI FIGARO

I selected the audio and I expect that the problem will be fixed.

However, a question remains why this automatic selection of no audio was made.
I do not know whether the debug:code 233 has anything to do with it.

When you click on the little triangle next to the title in the left side selection screen, what audio tracks show up? Are you using a specialized default selection rule (Preferences, Advanced menu, or in a profile)?

1) But in Preferences there is no selection for Audio.
2) How do I use a specialized default selection?
3) I only have the Expert Mode ticked.

I tried to include an attachment, but I was told that the quota has been exceeded. Is there another way to send an attachment?

In order to see the audio ticks I have to process the DVD again. However, I can tell you that all audios (previews for other DVDs) were ticked except the audio for the Main video which had the title number 3.

The default selection string can deal with audio, video, and subtitle strings, and can be rather complex. I haven't bothered to learn the nuances of it, because I do not consider MakeMKV to be the only part of my work flow. It's just the start, and I have it set to pull everything by default, EXCEPT the 3D MVC track.

Everything else takes place in Handbrake, after checking what tracks were available in VLC. Some audio tracks are not compatible with my hardware, so I leave those out, or have Handbrake convert them to a CODEC that works with my hardware.
