1.9.2. crashes on Output File = Auto and missing drive

Hi,
I would like to share a crash Report and analysis with you.
Symptoms:
- After the application reads a disk it becomes unresponsive.
- When then UI is updated with the disk Information it crashes with the error message "Fatal error occurred, program will no exit"
- The field Output file is not populated
- The log file does not show anything suspicious
How to fix:
- Set the Default Destination to None in Preferences
I seem that the application remembers the drive letter previously used for Output File. When the drive is not available it tries to access it first and then crashes.
However, I was not able to reproduce this. When the Default Destination is set to Auto and the drive letter is re-created it still keeps crashing.
Reinstalling the application does not resolve this issue. I suspect that the last drive letter is stored somewhere in the file system and not cleared upon de-install.
