no audio?

when i rip using makemkv 1.4.11 for windows i get no audio sound for any movie i rip.
please someone assist?

Which are you using MakeMKV with - your original DVDs or with your original BluRay discs?
Have you successfully used MakeMKV before?
If not, I'll ask if you've possibly erroneously unchecked all audiostreams?
On what are you playing back your MakeMKV rips?
