Default file location?

Good day and Thank you for this product and forum.
I used this to rip a DVD I had to return to it's owner before I had time to watch it but failed to note where the output was being saved.
Can any one enlighten me please.

The default save location is part of the Preferences. It's been so long since I installed it, I have no idea what the default is, but I think it is in your personal user directory.
It will be on the first page of your Preferences.

Thank you for that Woodstock. Unfortunately I have been unable to find the file anywhere and will stop wasting time on it.
Perhaps i will stumble upon it one day when walking the dusty halls of the archives.

If you're on Windows 7 or later, open Explorer, click on C:\, and then put "*.mkv" in the search bar. It will find and display all MKV files on drive C.

Search shows no saved files.
That was the second thing i tried.
