upgrading to new version

I'm trying to upgrade to 1.91. I've deleted MakeMKV, then reinstalled from the website, but when I run the program it still says 1.90 started, and gives me a link to upgrade to 1.91. When I go to uninstall it says 1.91 is installed. Everything working fine, just curious!

If I delete 1.9, then restart the machine, then 1.91 instals fine.

This has been rather common, it seems. The install process offers to remove the old version, but... if you don't wait for the unininstall to complete before clicking to continue the install, the install doesn't work right.
Hopefully Mike can find a tweak to the installer to make it WAIT for the uninstall to finish.
