Question on ripping TV Blu Ray disc

OK, so I am trying to rip a blu ray of Season 6 of Big Bang theory. Normally I have DVD's but I bought this one as blu ray. I am trying to rip it to my HTPC and when I do it breaks it up into multiple MKV files, one for each episode. When I rip a DVD using DVD Fab it just creates the file as if I am watching the DVD directly. Is there any way to create an MKV from the blur ray so that when i start it it will appear as if I am reading from the blu ray disc rather than showing each individual episode in my HTPC directory?

Sorry if this does not make sense.

Thanks in advance for the help.

If you use the "backup" function of MakeMKV (only available for BD), you will have menus and everything. And, of course, EVERYTHING, including the stuff you might not want after the first time you watch it. I know extras can have some fun stuff in them, but... if they really were THAT funny...

(the above assumes that your player can handle decrypted BD data)
