I'm posting here to make a stink. I tried purchasing MakeMKV last night, and because I didn't put my address in 100%, Avangate canceled the order. (Order Reference #34294317) To make matters worse, I paid with a gift card. I have not been refunded my money, Avangate will not reply to my emails, and the charge shows as gone through. It is my understanding you cannot reload a gift card anyway.

This message is to the creator/owner of this software and board. I would like some action taken, please. You may contact me at the email I entered when creating this account. I better not be out of $50! All of this over a bloody address!

To clarify; I'm talking about my mailing address, not an email address.

Quicker reaction from Mike would be through email at support@makemkv.com . He's not on the board every day.
