Why does MakeMKV add a language tag to a video stream even if the field is left blank?

Bump. This is still occurring, and is a bit annoying, since it defaults to ENG instead of UND. It'd be nice if there were a UI option to change what it defaults to, since I like to change it to JPN for anime series (which I end up doing one episode at a time).
