Subtitles does not work

I have done 3 Blu-Ray to mkv. [same on all discs] Last one The Ghost ship .
Can select subtitle 1,2 and 3 etc, but they won?t appear.
MakeMKV does not find all subtitles on the discs.
PC + VLC [W7] and PCH C-200
If I make an iso with anydvd everything is working.
Any suggestion?
