Strange output naming issue after 1.8.14 upgrade

After I installed the upgrade, suddenly my output naming has gone awry. G:\Video Temp\ is the standard output location and it has been used for >1600 movies. Anyone have some idea what's going on and/or how to correct it?
The colon is removed from the output file as well. I'd already done the pic above before I tried it that way and the response is the same. Why are the slashes reversed?
