Disk Volume Name in File Name

Should MakeMKV automatically use the disk volume name in the file name, such as My_Favorite_Movie_t01.mkv all the time?
Sometimes, its default to title01.mkv.
I have found that if it starts with title00 and I change the Disk Name property, it will switch the [disk name]_t01 format.
I would like it to always use the [disk name]_t01 without intervention.
Really, I'm having trouble figuring out the exact behavior pattern and would like to know if I'm doing something wrong or there's a setting somewhere I'm missing, or if that's just how it works.
Here's a sequence I can use to repro:
1. Insert DVD, let MakeMKV finish the scan, Disk Name property will be MY_FAVORITE_MOVIE
2. Press Make MKV button, MakeMKV will begin to write out a file named title01.mkv
3. Cancel the process.
4. Change MY_FAVORITE_MOVIE to MY_FAVORITE_MOVIe (lower case e).
5. Press Make MKV button, MakeMKV will begin to write out a file names MY_FAVORITE_MOVIe_t01.mkv
Sorry about the long post, trying to be as specific about the situation as possible.
