Please let us combine two .mkv files into one file! My XBMC is full of things like:

The Godfather Part 2: Part 1
The Godfather Part 2: Part 2

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended: Part 1
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended: Part 2

Id like to combine those into one file

And there aren't any really good ways to do this currently that I've found with other programs.

I used it to combine my LotR movies into single files. It's free and super fast. It also doesn't change the input files (doesn't compress them or change the audio). You can also use it to break single files into multiples or remove and add audio tracks to files. You can also use it to add subtitles to videos as well.
