Hello,

I just installed MakeMKV 1.8.13 for Windows. Upon trying to launch, i get " The program can't start because libmqt.dll is missing from your computer". When I try to uninstall, I get "Error launching installer".

Any help would be appreciated.

Were you installing this as a version upgrade, or a fresh install?

Updates will generally ask you if you want to uninstall the old version. If you say yes, a separate task is started to do the uninstall. But it is possible to get the installation program running before the uninstall completes, and key files will be installed, then removed by the uninstall process.
