Jarhead 2 - Multiple MKV Files, what's the difference

I ripped the Jarhead 2 DVD this morning with MakeMKV. Among other unneeded files, it created title00.mkv and title01.mkv. The first is 6347267 KB and the second is 6347229 KB. I played both with VLC media player, and skipped around a bit. They are both the same widescreen format, both in English....any thoughts on what else should I look for to convert the proper file to MP4?

Before you clicked on the Make MKV button, did you check the chapter layout of each? Sometimes, there will be a "director's cut" version, with different (minor) scenes added.

The difference is down to a single cut
there is a shower scene
in one version you see a penis for about half a second
in the other, you don't
choose which version you want - with or without wang
