BluRay with KDM folder and .bin files

Hi, I have a bluray with a KDM folder containing .bin file. The regular .m2ts files are quite small while one of the .bin is quite large. If I remux the Bluray with makemkv I only get a few minutes long movie.
Any idea about how to proceed with such bluray (Japanese movie) ?
Thanks.

Can you play it on a regular blu-ray player? It appears to be an encrypted DCP master, not a regular blu-ray disc.

I can play it with MPC-HC. Is there a way to change the structure so that I can use MAKEMKV to remux it ?
MAKEMKV works but only extracts a small file, as if the .bin are not decoded I guess.
It is a so called MGVC bluray (Japan)

What are you selecting? Just the folder, or one of the BIN files?

Please make a full disc backup of this disc with MakeMKV. Then, from this backup please copy CLIPINF and PLAYLIST folders with all files inside, compress, and send to
support@makemkv.com . Please keep the backup on disc for further analysis.
