The next version will be available in a few days, it will support all BD HD audio formats in passthrough mode - it will put audio into MKV as is, without conversion to LPCM or FLAC. To my best knowledge there is no opensource player that can play DTS-HD but pretty much everyone should play TrueHD and Dolby digital plus. Conversion to LPCM will come eventually, but not this year for sure.
