Remuxing PCM (2.0) audio tracks seems to be broken in 1.8.8. Tested with two Discs (already as BDMV folder on HDD) and on two platforms (OS X and Ubuntu). Remuxing DTS tracks works.

Debug log says:
LIBMKV_TRACE: Specified conversion filter (68:A_PCM/INT/LIT->LPCMraw) is not available

Thanks a lot. Confirmed bug appearing in 1.8.8 - saving as LPCM is broken for (some) mono/stereo LPCM streams, should work with multi-channel. There is no workaround short of using 1.8.7 . You can have both versions installed in separate folders.
