Only able to have commentaries

Hello, i am using makemkv for the first time and am having a problem.
I bought a japanese anime bluray set and am trying to play external English subs with it.
So i installed makemkv to copy the ?pisodes as bluray on my hard drive first.
It works but the audio i'm getting is the directors commentary instead of the regular episode audio. And i can't see the regular audio anywhere in the menu.
Did i miss something ?
