Is there a way of adding audio tracks or subtitles to existing MKVs? That would be great.

There are tools out there to let you modify MKV files. Search for "mkvtoolnix" on your favorite search engine for one of the more popular ones.

Thanks. But then, I should use the Stereoscopy setting, right? But which one for a Stereo high profile mvc?
