MKV 3D MVC

I have a Zappiti player, I converted a 3D bluray iso to MKV-MVC but it does not work, I have sound but no picture, it freezes immediately no picture, no sound . On-site LAND HD format is supported (Support 3D video format: compatible with a wide variety of 3D video format such as 3D BD ISO, MVC, SBS. how to make it work.
