Windows 8 SmartScreen blocking 1.8.5 install from running

I just tried installing the newest release of 1.8.5 on Windows 8. This time I got a pop up: "Windows Protected Your PC - Windows SMartScreen Prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk. More Info -> Run Anyway.
It still will run, but may scare off others.
